Jingbo: Accelerating Digital Transformation and Leading the New Development of Intelligent Refining in China
Jingbo Holdings Group is a large private enterprise that has ventured into multiple industrial fields. The company has developed from a single petrochemical industry in the past to a strategic pattern centered around Shandong Jingbo Holdings Co., Ltd., with four major sectors as the main body: production and manufacturing, modern service industry, culture, art and education, and modern agriculture. Back in 2010, when Jingbo Holdings Group was in a period of rapid business development, the original financial system could no longer meet the requirements of the group's business control. Therefore, it was decided to introduce the enterprise digital service provider SiE Information and first pilot the implementation of Oracle EBS in Jingbo Holdings and Sinopec. After a year of implementation and stable operation, it was successfully launched, achieving the integration of the company's financial business, financial decision support, standardized business management, and control requirements. With the rapid development of new information technology, Jingbo has a further demand for improving the overall digital intelligent management of the group. A typical organizational structure of a large group like this usually consists of a multi-layer company structure, multiple equity relationships, and multiple industrial chains forming close internal relationships. However, it involves a wide range of industry fields and spans, and the corresponding business scenarios vary greatly. Therefore, the systematic unified management and standardization of various businesses and systems is a problem that must be addressed.
After a period of comprehensive investigation and in-depth research, SiE Information and Jingbo reached a consensus and began to attempt to use informatization to promote business model innovation in several sectors:
After successfully completing a series of digital transformation and upgrading construction, Jingbo Holdings Group and SiE Information have also established good cooperation and trust. Next, SiE Information implemented ERP promotion projects for over 100 companies of Jingbo Holdings Group, including more than 40 companies implementing supply chains. Through strategic cooperation between both parties, SiE Information has constructed a multi organizational system architecture that meets the management mode and accounting requirements of Jingbo Holdings, as well as a multi-level management structure for financial and business data consolidation. Through informatization and digital transformation, seamless integration of sales systems with cloud flying and unmanned systems has been achieved in sales, improving the efficiency of oil delivery and receiving; In terms of procurement, achieve a centralized procurement model that supports spare parts and materials, as well as procurement management models such as application, planning, and order formulation and approval; In terms of enterprise asset management, petrochemical equipment can be tracked and managed from the formulation of maintenance standards and plans to the execution of maintenance work orders and the calculation of maintenance costs. Integration with procurement and financial fixed assets can be achieved, and real-time monitoring of equipment operation status and indicators by the management layer can be achieved through the BI system. In addition, we also assisted Jingbo Logistics in building a third-party e-commerce platform for cloud commerce, and assisted Jingbo in transforming its spare parts material procurement service model. Realized e-commerce for petrochemical companies, expanded marketing scope, placed online orders, locked prices, and greatly increased sales of finished oil.
